Hotel Vasa, BW Signature Collection - Gothenburg

Nice place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a snack bar. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. Highly recommend enjoying the complimentary waffles during the day! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good value and close to centre

The breakfast featured a solid spread with options catering to various tastes, made mornings enjoyable. I really appreciated the 24/7 availability of soft drinks and the waffle station. Perfect for a late-night snack or mid-afternoon treat. My room was spacious and kinda decorated. One downside was the noise levels. Early morning sounds from the corridor disrupted my sleep. While the staff was generally friendly, check-in took longer than expected due to a lack of clarity about our reservation details.

It has a good location and competible prices

We had a really wonderful time at the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast rich and delicious. There was also warm water throughout the day and very good internet connection. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is at the city centre and very close to tram and bus stations (very convenient for someone who wants to see the city in 3 days!).

The breakfast buffet offers a diverse and good quality selection that caters well to different tastes. A nice touch is the ability to use the waffle machine for a comforting snack.

Noise insulation from adjacent rooms could definitely use an upgrade, with thin walls allowing for corridor sounds to intrude. Cleanliness issues arose, particularly with dust lingering on the furniture and a bathtub that felt less than fresh.

Nicely decorated hotel, savoury breakfasts, MAGNIFICENT location in the common area. Soundproof and newly renovated room, very comfy bed. Smooth check in and late check out. Good facilities, parking close to the property. The gourmet restaurant on the premises.

Location was perfect, right between "old" centre and Vasa/Haga districts. Nothing is more than a short walk away. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Free "cakes" all day at reception.

We had a room along the street side, and it was quite noisy in the evening/night, from people/bars/etc: make sure to ask for/book for a room off the street! The breakfast area has a "canteen"-like appearance. Modest-fee parking wasn't anywhere nearby. The cheapest we found was around 140SEK/day at ca 15-20mins (pleasant) walk from hotel. Beds were a bid hard (we had twin beds). Shower area very small.

Daily cleaning of the room and a lovely breakfast included made my stay enjoyable.

The bathroom fixtures felt outdated and could benefit from modernization.

the location was perfect, in a cute area. the breakfast was great and there was free espresso drinks and cookies in the lobby at all times.

Free wifi at room and good high water pressure for sower.

The location is fantastic, close to central activities. The bathroom felt cold and lacked proper heating.

Nevet again! Was happy to leave that depressing place
